Yellow Pumpkin Olan Mathanga Olan Ingredients:
(1) Yellow pumpkin – 250 grams
(2) Green chilly – 6
(3) Cow gram – a handful
(4) Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
(5) Curry leaves – a few
(6) Salt – adjust to take
(7) Coconut milk – ¼ cup
Procedure for cooking Yellow Pumpkin Olan Mathanga Olan
Mix cow gram with salt and water and boil. Add small thin pieces of yellow
pumpkin and torn green chilly into that. When the yam is well cooked and
starts breaking add coconut milk. On boiling, add coconut milk and curry
leaves.
