How to cook or make Yellow Pumpkin Leaves

(1) Yellow pumpkin leaves – a handful
(2) Coconut – ½ cup
Green chilly – 3
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Garlic – 2 pellets
(3) Salt – adjust to taste

Rub tender pumpkin leaves to make that soft and then chop into small pieces.
Smash the ingredients under (2). Heat oil in a vessel and add mustard
seeds to splutter. Then add the chopped leaves, salt and the smashed ingredients.
Close then vessel with a lid and heat the vessel. After the pumpkin leaves
are cooked stir well and take out.
