White Pumpkin Olan Kumbalanga Olan Ingredients:
(1) White pumpkin – 1 piece (medium size)
(2) Cow gram – a handful
(3) Coconut milk – ¼ cup
(4) Green chilly – 6
(5) Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
(6) Curry leaves – a few
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking White Pumpkin Olan Kumbalanga Olan
Cook the cow gram with salt and water. On boiling, add small pieces of
white pumpkin and torn green chilly. When the cow gram and white pumpkin
are well cooked and start breaking, add coconut milk. Then add coconut
milk and curry leaves and take the curry out of the stove.
