Kerala Tamil Vegetable Egg recipe

How to cook or make Vegetable Egg

(1) Potato – 3 (big)
(2) Big onion – 4
(3) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(4) Garam masala powder – 2 tea spoon
(5) Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
(6) Paneer – 100 grams
(7) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Vegetable oil – 2 table spoon
(10) Ginger and garlic ground together – 1 tea spoon

Procedure for cooking Vegetable Egg

Peel tomato and 2 big onions and grind them together. Chop the remaining big onion into small pieces and roast them in heated oil in a pan. Add chilly powder, garam masala powder and coriander seed powder. Add the tomato onion paste, salt and water into that and boil. Cook the potato and peel. Do not over cook. Cut that into 2 parts and make a pit at the center with a spoon. Crush the paneer and mix that with pepper powder and turmeric powder. Fill the pits with this mixture. Spread the filled potatoes in the curry prepared earlier and boil. On boiling, add coriander leaves and take out.
