How to cook or make Tapioca with Beef (Kappa
Beef)
Ingredients:
(1) Raw tapioca – 1 kg
(2) Grated coconut – ½ kg
(3) Small onion – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – as required
Green chilly – 8
(4) Crystal salt – adjust to taste
(5) Beef – 1 kg
(6) Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – as required
Salt – as required
Curry leaves – a few
(7) Grated coconut – ½ cup
Small onion – ¼ cup
Coriander seed powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Tapioca with Beef (Kappa Beef)
Chop tapioca into small pieces, add in water and boil. When the tapioca
is cooked well, add crystal salt adjusting to taste and remove the water.
Grind ingredients under (2) and (3). Mix that paste with the cooked tapioca
and stir well while heating with a low flame. Cut the beef into small
pieces. Mix the beef with ingredients under (6) and boil. Roast the ingredients
under (7) together till they become brown in color and grind the mixture.
Mix the ground mixture with the cooked beef, stir well while heating with
a low flame. Finally add the cooked tapioca into the beef, stir well and
remove from the stove.
