Tapioca Aviyal Maracheeni Aviyal Ingredients:
(1) Tapioca – ½ kg
(2) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Coconut – ½ cup
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Garlic – 3 pellets
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Curry leaves – a few
Procedure for cooking Tapioca Aviyal Maracheeni Aviyal
Remove the skin of tapioca and chop into pieces. Wash it, pour water and
boil. After cooking remove the water. Grind ingredients under (3), add
that to the pieces, add salt and curry leaves and stir well. Pour a little
coconut oil, stir again and take from the stove.
