Spinach Aviyal Cheera Aviyal Ingredients:
(1) Spinach – a handful
(2) Mango (with sour taste) – 1
(3) Coconut – 1 cup
Green chilly – 2
Cumin seeds – 1 pinch
Small onion – 2
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Curry leaves – a few
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Spinach Aviyal Cheera Aviyal
Wash spinach and chop into pieces. Remove skin of mango and chop into
long pieces. Cook both items after mixing salt and water. Grind ingredients
under (3) together, mix that with the spinach and boil. Pour a little
coconut oil, add a few curry leaves, stir and take the curry from the
stove.
