Kerala Tamil Sardine Curry (Mathi Curry) recipe

How to cook or make Sardine Curry (Mathi Curry)

(1) Sardine fish – ½ kg
(2) Tomato – 2
(3) Green chilly – 3
(4) Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander seed powder – 3 tea spoon
(5) Ginger – 1 piece
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
(7) Coconut milk – ½ cup

Procedure for cooking Sardine Curry (Mathi Curry)

Cut the sardine fish, wash and draw lines on that. Chop the tomato, green chilly, ginger and big onion. Mix all the ingredients except coconut milk together, pour water and boil with low flame. On boiling and the soup getting thick, add coconut milk, stir well, boil to dry and take out.
