How to cook or make Sago Pearls Payasam
Chauvary Payasam
Ingredients:
(1) Sago Pearls (Sabudana) – ½ cup
(2) Sugar – ½ cup
(3) Condensed milk – ½ cup
(4) Milk – ½ liter
(5) Cashew nuts, Dry grapes – 2 table spoon
(6) Ghee – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Sago Pearls Payasam Chauvary Payasam
Heat sago pearls in ghee. Then pour milk and sugar to that and boil. Add
condensed milk and in case the mixture is too thick, pour more milk and
boil. Fry cashew nuts and dry grapes in ghee and add to the payasam.
