How to cook or make Roasted Coconut Chutney
(Thenga Chutta Chammandhi)
(1) Dry Coconut – half part
(2) Red chilly – 3
(3) Tamarind – a little
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Small onion – 6
Procedure for cookng Roasted Coconut Chutney (Thenga Chutta Chammandhi)
Remove the coconut shell and roast the dry coconut in burning fire. Roast
red chilly also in same method. Cut roasted coconut into small pieces.
Grind the chilly, coconut, tamarind, salt and small onion separately one
by one and finally mix all the items together, stir well and serve.
