How to cook or make Red Onion Chutney (Chuvannulli
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Red onion – 10
(2) Red chilly – 5
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Red Onion Chutney (Chuvannulli Chammandhi)
Roast the red chilly in burning fire. Grind the onion, chilly and salt
together. Stop grinding when it is a rough paste. Heat oil in a pan, add
this mixture into that, heat for 2 minutes and take out.
