Kerala Tamil Prawn Fry recipe

How to cook or make Prawn Fry

(1) Big prawns – 20
(2) Garlic and ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
(3) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
(4) Chopped tomato – 4
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Egg – 1
(7) Coriander leaves, Oil – as required
(8) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(9) Chopped big onion – 1

Procedure for cooking Prawn Fry

Whip the egg and mix with salt and pepper powder. Apply this mixture on the prawns and keep for some time. Then fry them in oil. Roast the pieces of big onion in the remaining oil. Also add the ingredients under (3) in that oil. Then add salt and tomato pieces and when tomato is roasted add the fried prawns. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
