How to cook or make Pineapple Payasam Kaithachakka

Pineapple Payasam Kaithachakka Payasam Ingredients:
(1) Ripe pineapple, after removing skin, chopped into small pieces - 1
cup
(2) Sugar – 2 ½ cup
(3) Ghee – 3 table spoon
(4) Sabudana – ¼ cup
(5) Water – sufficient quantity
(6) Pineapple essence – 4 drops (only if you want)
Procedure for cooking Pineapple Payasam Kaithachakka Payasam
Cook the pineapple with half of the sugar and water. Cook the Sago pearls
with sugar and water and keep aside. Heart ghee in a vessel, add sago
pearl and pineapple in that and heat, then add water and boil. Add remaining
sugar also and heat with a low flame and make the contents thick. Then
take the payasam from the stove, add pineapple essence and serve either
hot or cold.
