How to cook or make Onion Curry (Ulli Curry)
Ingredients:
(1) Small onion – 500 grams
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(3) Tamarind – equal to size of an amla fruit
(4) Asafoetida powder – 1 pinch
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Onion Curry (Ulli Curry)
Cut the onion into long pieces and cook them. Squeeze the tamarind and
pour that over the onion pieces. Add chilly powder, salt and asafoetida
powder and stir well. After boiling well, take the curry from the stove.
