How to cook or make Onion Chutney (Ulli
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Big onion – 3
(2) Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Curry leaves – a few
(5) Coconut oil – 3 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Onion Chutney (Ulli Chammandhi)
Grind pieces of chopped big onion, chilly powder and salt into a fine
paste. Smash the curry leaves and mix with the onion paste. Heat oil in
a pan and heat the mixture in the oil for 2 minutes. This is an ideal
side dish for Dosa and Idly.
