How to cook or make Mutton Fry (Aattirachi
Varuthathu)
Ingredients:
(1) Mutton without bone – 1 kg
(2) Chopped green chilly – 50 grams
Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chopped tomato – 500 grams
Chopped small onion – ½ kg
Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Refined ground nut oil – 1 cup
Procedure for cooking Mutton Fry (Aattirachi Varuthathu)
Wash the mutton and mix with ingredients under (2) and one cup of water
and boil. Pour oil i9n a pan and heat that. When the oil is heated well,
fry the cooked mutton pieces in that and take out.
