Mushroom Stir Fry Coon Thoran Ingredients:
(1) Mushroom – 100 grams
(2) Coconut – 1 ½ cup
Green chilly – 5
(3) Small onion – 50 grams
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Mushroom Stir Fry Coon Thoran
Wash the mushroom and chop into small pieces. Chop the small onion also.
Smash coconut, small onion and masala powder together. Heat oil in a vessel
and add mustard seeds to splutter. Add mushroom pieces, pieces of small
onion, smashed ingredients and salt and heat them. When the mush room
is cooked, stir well and take out.
