How to cook or make Mushroom Masala

Mushroom Masala tamil recipes,pongal etc


(1) Mushroom – ¼ kg
(2) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander seed powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Big onion – 2
(4) Tomato – 3
(5) Masala powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) White gravy – 200 grams
(7) Salt – adjust to taste

Procedure for cooking Mushroom Masala

Clean the mushroom and cut into pieces. Chop the tomato and big onion into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and roast the pieces of big onion in that. After roasting them thoroughly, add the pieces of mushroom and stir well. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander seed powder and stir. Then mix tomato pieces and white gravy in to that. Finally add masala powder and salt and stir thoroughly.
