Milk Ada Payasam Paalada Payasam Ingredients:
(1) Milk ada – ½ cup
(2) Ghee – 2 table spoon
(3) Sugar – 1 cup
(4) Condensed milk – 1 tin
(5) Cow milk – 1 liter
(6) Kum kum color – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Milk Ada Payasam Paalada Payasam
Heat the milk ada in ghee, pour half liter milk and sugar into the cooker
alongwith the milk ada and boil. Add the remaining milk and condensed
milk after opening the cooker. Stir well, keep a low flame and make the
mixture thick. Then take out of the stove and add Kumkum color. Serve
either hot or cold.
