How to cook or make Mango Rasam Manga Rasam
Ingredients:
(1) Juice of sour mango – 2 cups
(2) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(3)Cumin seed – 2 pinches
(4) Chilly seeds – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Garlic – 5 pellets
(7) Red chilly – 2
(8) Green chilly – 3
(9) Salt, curry leaves – as required
Procedure Mango Rasam Manga Rasam
Grind coconut, cumin seeds and chilly seeds. Add smashed pepper, garlic,
red chilly and torn green chilly into that followed by mango juice and
salt and then boil. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds in
that to splutter. Roast curry leaves also in the same oil and add them
into the rasam and stir.
