How to cook or make Mango Kaalan Mampazha

Mango Kaalan Mampazha Kaalan Ingredients:
(1) Ripe mango – 5
(2) Green chilly – 5
(3) Coconut – half part
(4) Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Fenugreek – ¼ tea spoon
(7) Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Curd (without sour taste) – 1 cup
(10) Mustard seeds, curry leaves, oil – as required
Procedure for cooking Mango Kaalan Mampazha Kaalan
Loosen the skin of the mango. Grind coconut, green chilly and cumin seed
together to a fine paste. Break the curd and keep aside. Mix the ground
paste of ingredients with little water and add the mango fruits in that
and boil. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt into that. On boiling,
pour the broken curd and stir well. When it gets hot, take from the stove.
Splutter mustard seeds in heated oil. Roast fenugreek also in that oil
and pour them into the Kaalan.
