How to cook or make Mango Chutney (Manga
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Mango – 1
(2) Coconut – half part
(3) Red chilly – 3
(4) Fenugreek – ½ tea spoon
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Jaggery – 1 small piece
(7) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(8) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Mango Chutney (Manga Chammandhi)
Cut mango into small pieces. Fry the red chilly in oil. Roast the fenugreek.
Then roast the mango pieces. Grind mango, chilly, coconut, fenugreek,
salt and jiggery together. Splutter mustard seeds in heated oil and pour
that into the chutney and stir well.
