How to cook or make Long Beans Leaves Stir

Ingredients:
(1) Tender leaves of long beans – 5 cups
(2) Coconut – ½ cup
Green chilly – 3
Garlic – 3 pellets
Turmeric power – ¼ tea spoon
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
Red chilly – 2
Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Long Beans Leaves Stir Fry Payarila Thoran
Chop the long beans leaves into tiny pieces. Smash ingredients under (2).
Heat oil in a vessel and add mustard seeds into that to splutter. Add
chopped leaves of long beans and salt and stir well. Add the smashed ingredients
at the center; close the vessel with a lid and heat. When the leaves are
cooked stop heating and stir well.
