How to cook or make Liver Roast Karal Ularthiyathu
Ingredients:
(1) Liver – 250 grams
(2) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Pieces of big onion – ½ cup
(4) Potato – ½ cup
(5) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Coriander seed powder – 1 table spoon
(7) Maida – 3 table spoon
(8) Grated carrot – ½ cup
(9) Lemon juice – ¾ tea spoon
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
(11) Oil – 3 table spoons
Procedure for cooking Liver Roast Karal Ularthiyathu
Wash the liver and cut into pieces. Mix maida with salt and pepper powder
and apply that mixture on the pieces. Pour half of the oil in a pan and
fry the liver pieces in that. In the remaining oil, roast the pieces of
big onion. Then roast the potato and carrot. (Potato must be grated with
a grater) Then add the pieces of liver, lemon juice, half cup of water
and salt. Close the vessel with a lid, heat with a low flame for some
time. Then open the vessel, stir well and serve.
