How to cook or make Ladies Finger Stir Fry

Ingredients:
(1) Ladies finger – 200 grams
(2) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(3) Coconut – ½ cup
Small onion – 1 cup
Green chilly – 5
(4) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(5) Curry leaves – a few
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Ladies Finger Stir Fry Vendakka Thoran
Chop ladies finger, small onion and green chilly into small pieces and
mix them together. Add grated coconut and salt into that and stir. Heat
coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into that to splutter. Then
add the ladies finger onion mixture into that, close the vessel with a
lid and cook in steam. Then open the pan, stir well keeping a low flame
and stop heating when the curry is dry.
