How to cook or make Kadai Chicken
Ingredients:
(1) Chicken – 1 kg
(2) Big onion – 4
(3) Tomato – 4
(4) Green chilly – 10
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Ginger – 1 piece
(7) Garlic – 1
Procedure for making Kadai Chicken
Cut the chicken into pieces. Mix salt and pieces of big onion and cook
them. When it is half cooked, add chopped pieces of tomato, green chilly,
garlic and ginger. When the water is completely dried sprinkle chopped
pieces of coriander leaves and take the curry out.
