How to cook or make Jack Fruit Seeds Snake
Gourd Stir Fry (Chakkakuru Padavalanga Thoran)
Ingredients:
(1) Jack fruit seeds – 100 grams
Snake gourd – 100 grams
Drum sticks – 2
(2) Coconut – half part
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 2 pellets
Green chilly – 4
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Coconut – 1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
Red chilly – 2
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Curry leaves – a few

Padavalanga Thoran)
Remove the skin of jack fruit seed and cut vertically. Smash ingredients
under (2). Chop drumstick and bitter gourd into small pieces. Add turmeric
powder, salt and water and boil. After the pieces are cooked and water
is dried, add the smashed ingredients, stir and heat further. Heat oil
in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in that. Roast curry leaves and pieces
of red chilly and pour them into the pieces and stir well.
