Jack Fruit Balls Pradhaman Chakka Balls Pradhaman Ingredients:
(1) Ripe Jack fruit pellets – ¾ cup
(2) Maida flour – ¼ cup
(3) Sugar – ¼ cup
(5) Coconut milk (1st) – 1 cup
(4) Jaggery – 250 grams
(6) 2nd milk of coconut – 3 cups
(7) Dry ginger roasted and powderd – 3 tea spoon
(8) Ghee – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Jack Fruit Balls Pradhaman Chakka Balls Pradhaman
Mix jack fruit pellets with maida and sugar, grind that in a mixer and
make small balls with that mixture. Melt jiggery, filter and boil with
ghee. Add second milk of coconut and cooked jack fruit and make the mixture
thick. When it becomes completely dry pour first milk of coconut and before
boiling add remaining jack fruit pellets and powdered dry ginger. Then
serve.
