How to cook or make Instant Soya Chicken

Ingredients:
(1) Chicken pieces of 2 inches size – ½ kg
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(3) Chopped green chilly – 4
(4) Soya sauce – 2 table spoon
(5) Tomato sauce – 1 table spoon
(6) Chopped garlic – 2 tea spoon
(7) Chopped big onion – ¼ cup
(8) Oil – 1 table spoon
(9) Coriander leaves (to decorate) – a few
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
(11) Sugar – 1 tea spoon

Procedure for cooking Instant Soya Chicken

Mix all the ingredients together without adding water. Keep them in a non stick pan and heat with a low flame so as to dry the liquid. Open the vessel and stir at intervals. Sprinkle chopped pieces of coriander leaves and serve.
