How to cook or make Green Chilly Chutney
Pacha Mulagu Chammandhi
Ingredients:
(1) Green chilly – 10
(2) Small onion – 10
(3) Garlic – 4 pellets
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Green Chilly Chutney Pacha Mulagu Chammandhi
Grind green chilly, small onion, garlic and salt together into a rough
paste. Mix a little coconut oil. This chutney is ideal as side dish for
various ‘puzhukku’ dishes.
