How to cook or make Ginger Chutney Inchi
(1) Ginger – 2 pieces
(2) Grated coconut – 2 cups
(3) Green chilly – 3
(4) Curry leaves – a few
(5) Small onion – 3 pellets
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
(7) Tamarind – a little
Procedure for making Ginger Chutney Inchi Chammandhi
Grind together green chilly, Coconut, salt, small onion and tamarind.
Remove the skin of ginger and grind that with the other ingredients. Smash
the curry leaves and mix that with the chutney.
