How to cook or make Ghee Fish Moli (Ney
Meen Moli)
Ingredients:
(1) Ghee fish – 1 kg
(2) Big onion chopped into long pieces – 2 cup
(3) Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(4) Ginger, garlic paste – 2 table spoon
(5) Grated coconut – 4 cups
(6) Green chilly – 8
(7) Tomato = 4
(8) Salt, Oil – as required
(9) Curry leaves – a few
Procedure for cooking Ghee Fish Moli (Ney Meen Moli)
Wash the fish and cut into pieces. Keep the tomato in hot water and peel
the skin. Squeeze the coconut and extract the three milks. Heat oil and
roast pieces of big onion in that. Then add the ginger garlic paste, torn
green chilly, and all ingredients under (3) into the heated oil. Pour
the third milk of coconut and on boiling add salt and fish pieces and
stir. After the fish is cooked, pour first milk of coconut and curry leaves
and take out of the stove immediately.
