How to cook or make Garlic Chutney (Veluthully
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Red chilly – 6
(2) Garlic – 8 pellets
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Coconut oil – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Garlic Chutney (Veluthully Chammandhi)
Roast the red chilly in burning fire. Mix the roasted chilly with salt
and garlic and grind into a rough paste. Mix with a little coconut oil
and serve.
