How to cook or make Fish Fry (Meen Porichathu)
Ingredients:
(1) Fish – 500 grams
(2) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Oil – sufficient quantity
Procedure for cooking Fish Fry (Meen Porichathu)
Clean the fish and cut into big pieces. Draw lines on the pieces. Mix
turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilly powder and salt together and apply
the mixture over the fish pieces and keep for some time. Heat oil in a
pan and when the oil boils fry the fish pieces in that and take out.
