How to cook or make Fish Curry
Fish Curry Ingredients:
(1) Fish – 500 grams
(2) Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ table spoon
Coriander seed powder – 2 table spoon
Fenugreek powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Green chilly – 2
Small onion – 8
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaves – a few
(4) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Tamarind – a little
Procedure for cooking Fish Curry
Wash the fish and cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and roast chopped
pieces of green chilly, ginger and small onion in that. After roasting
them well add ingredients under (2) into that and stir well. Now add salt,
water, tamarind and curry leaves. On boiling, add the pieces of fish and
continue heating. When the fish is well cooked, stop heating and take
the curry from the stove.
