How to cook or make Fish Chilly
Fish Chilly Ingredients:
(1) Fish with thick flesh – 250 grams
(2) Big onion chopped – ½ cup
Capsicum chopped – ¼ cup
Green chilly chopped into round pieces – ½ table spoon
(3) Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 5 pellets
(4) Soya sauce – ½ tea spoon
(5) Celery chopped – ½ tea spoon
(6) Chilly sauce – ½ tea spoon
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
(8) Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Maida – 1 table spoon
(9) Oil – as required
(10) Tomato sauce – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Fish Chilly
Cut the cleaned fish into square shaped pieces. Apply chilly sauce, soya
sauce, garlic ginger paste and salt on the fish pieces and keep them for
an hour. Heat oil in a pan, add corn flour and maida flour in that and
stir. Roast chopped pieces of big onion, capsicum, green chilly and celery
in that oil. Finally add the fish pieces into that, pour tomato sauce
and stir and take the curry out of the stove.
