Kerala Tamil Egg Roast (Mutta Ularthiyathu) recipe

How to cook or make Egg Roast (Mutta Ularthiyathu)

(1) Egg – 4
(2) Big onion – 2 (chopped)
(3) Tomato – 2 (chopped)
(4) Green chilly – 4 (chopped)
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
(7) Coconut oil – ½ table spoon
(8) Mustard seeds– ½ tea spoon
(9) Curry leaves – a little

Procedure for cooking Egg Roast (Mutta Ularthiyathu)

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to splutter. Roast pieces of big onion, pieces of tomato, curry leaves and round pieces of green chilly in the oil. Then break the egg and pour into that. Add salt and turmeric powder and stir well. Stir well and roast without formation of lumps. A little coconut also may be added, if you wish.
