Kerala Tamil Egg Potato Fry recipe

How to cook or make Egg Potato Fry

(1) Egg – 4
(2) Potato – 3
(3) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander seed powder – 2 tea spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Big onion – 2
(6) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(7) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon

Procedure for cooking Egg Potato Fry

Soak all the powders in water. Cook the egg, remove the shell and cut into 4 pieces. Cook the potato, peel and cut into pieces. Chop big onion into long pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to splutter and roast the pieces of big onion in that. Add the soaked powders also and heat. Then pour ¼ cup of water and boil. Then add pieces of egg, potato and salt and stir well. When the powders are deposited on the pieces, stop heating, take the curry from the stove and serve.
