Egg Aviyal with Drumsticks Mutta Muringakka Aviyal Ingredients:
(1) Drumsticks – 2
(2) Egg – 2
(3) Coconut – ½
Green chilly – 3
Cumin seed – 1 pinch
Small onion – 2
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Curry leaves – a few
(6) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Egg Aviyal with Drumsticks Mutta Muringakka Aviyal
Tear the drumstick pieces vertically and boil with salt and water. Boil
the egg and remove its shell. Grind ingredients under (3) together, mix
the paste with a little water, pour that on the drumstick pieces and boil.
Then cut boiled egg into long pieces and add with the drumstick pieces.
Pour a little coconut oil, add a few curry leaves and take the curry out
of the stove.
