How to cook or make Drumstick Potato Curry
Muringakka Ozhichucurry
Ingredients:
(1) Drumstick – 2
(2) Tomato – 2
(3) Green chilly – 4
(4) Small onion – 5
(5) Potato – 1
(6) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(7) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
(8) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(9) Curry leaves – a few
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Drumstick Potato Curry Muringakka Ozhichucurry
Cut the drumsticks and potato i9nto pieces, add water and boil. Chop tomato
and green chilly into pieces and roast them in coconut oil. Mix that with
the cooked drumsticks potato mixture and boil. Add salt also. Grind the
coconut and mix with the curry. When it is well cooked, stop heating and
take the curry from the stove. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard
seeds into that to splutter. Roast curry leaves also in the same oil and
add them into the curry.
