How to cook or make Drumstick Leaves Stir
Fry Muringayila Thoran recipe
Ingredients:
(1) Drumstick leaves – 2 cup
(2) Big onion – 1
(3) Coconut – half part
Green chilly – 5
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 3 pellets
(4) Coconut oil = 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
Red chilly – 2
Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure of cooking Drumstick Leaves Stir Fry Muringayila Thoran
Clean the drumstick leaves. Chop the big onion. Smash the ingredients
under (3). Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into that to splutter.
Then add drumstick leaves and chopped big onion into that. Add the smashed
ingredients at the center and close the vessel with a lid. Heat for some
time. When the leaves are well cooked stir thoroughly and take out.
