How to cook or make Drumstick Dhal Stir

Drumstick Dhal Stir Fry Muringakka Parippu Thoran Ingredients:
(1) Drumstick – 4
(2) Toor dhal – 50 grams
(3) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(5) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(6) Garlic – 2 pellets
(7) Small onion – 5
(8) Red chilly – 2
(9) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(10) Cumin seed – 1 pinch
(11) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Drumstick Dhal Stir Fry Muringakka Parippu Thoran
Cook toor dhal in water mixed with salt and turmeric powder. The dhal
should not break on cooking. Add chopped small pieces of drumstick and
heat further. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, smashed garlic,
chopped small onion, smashed red chilly, grated coconut and cumin seed
and roast them. Add the cooked drumstick pieces and toor dhal and mix
well. Serve cold.
