Drumstick Aviyal Muringakka Aviyal Ingredients:
(1) Drumsticks – 4
(2) Coconut – 1 ½ cup
Green chilly – 4
Cumin seed – 1 pinch
Small onion – 2
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – a few
Procedure for cooking Drumstick Aviyal Muringakka Aviyal
Wash drumsticks, cut into pieces and tear vertically. Grind ingredients
under (2) together and mix the paste with drumstick pieces and boil. When
the pieces are cooked, pour a little coconut oil, add a few curry leaves
and take the curry out of the stove.
