How to cook or make Dhal Rasam (Parippu
Rasam)
Ingredients:
(1) Toor dhal – ½ cup
(2) Tomato – 1
(3) Rasam mix – 2 tea spoon
(4) Salt, Curry leaves – as required
(5) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
Procedure Dhal Rasam (Parippu Rasam)
Cook the toor dhal and smash it. Then add water, rasam mix and tomato
pieces and boil. Add salt also. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
in that to splutter. Roast curry leaves also in the oil and add them into
the rasam and stir. Finally add coriander leaves and remove the vessel
from the stove.
