How to cook or make Dhal Masala
Ingredients:
(1) Toor dhal – 1 cup
(2) Pieces of tomato – 3 cups
(3) Mustard seeds – ¼ tea spoon
(4) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(5) Green chilly – 8
(6) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(7) Cumin seeds – 1/8 tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Coriander leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Dhal Masala
Wash the toor dhal, pour sufficient water and boil. When the dhal is cooked
smash that. Add torn green chilly, turmeric powder, pieces of tomato and
salt and boil the dhal again. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
to splutter. Roast cumin seed also into that and add them into the dhal.
Finally sprinkle chopped pieces of coriander leaves and serve along with
rice.
