How to cook or make Chilly Chutney (Mulagu
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Red chilly – 15
(2) Small onion – 10 pellets
(3) Tamarind extract – ¼ cup
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Coconut oil – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Chilly Chutney (Mulagu Chammandhi)
Fry the red chilly in heated coconut oil. Smash the small onion and mix
with tamarind extract. Mix the onion and roasted chilly, add salt, pour
a little fresh coconut oil and stir.
