How to cook or make Chicken with Curry Leaves
Ingredients:
(1) Chicken legs (skin removed and dried) – 4
(2) Big onion – 2 (chopped)
(3) Tomato – 2 (chopped)
(4) Coriander seed powder – 2 table spoon
(5) Chopped green chilly – 4
(6) Poppy seed – 1 tea spoon
(7) Curry leaves – ¼ cup
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Chicken with Curry Leaves
Roast tomato. Big onion, coriander seed powder, green chilly, poppy seeds
and curry leaves in oil and then keep them aside for cooling. Then grind
them together finely. Put scratches on the chicken legs with a knife and
then apply the ground mixture on the legs. Apply oil in a non stick pan
and roast the chicken legs in that. If in microwave, roast for 10 minutes
in crisp. Oil is not required.
