How to cook or make Chicken Masala
Ingredients:
(1) Chicken pieces – 1 kg
(2) Tomato – 3
(3) Pepper – ½ tea spoon
Fennel – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Red chilly – 10
Ginger – 1 piece
Clove – 4
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Garlic – 10 pellets
(4) Small onion chopped – 1 cup
(5) Green chilly – 4
(6) Coconut oil – ½ cup
(7) Salt, Curry leaves – as required
Procedure for cooking Chicken Masala
Cut tomato into 4 pieces. Tear the end of green chilly. Heat oil in a
pan and in that roast small onion, green chilly and tomato separately
one by one and take them back. Grind the ingredients under (3) together
and roast in the remaining oil. Then add chicken pieces and salt into
that and roast them. Then add sufficient quantity of water, close the
pan with a lid and boil. When the chicken is cooked add the roasted small
onion, green chilly and tomato followed by curry leaves and stir well.
