How to cook or make Chicken Fry
Chicken Fry Ingredients:
(1) Chicken – 1 kg
(2) Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Coriander seed powder – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Masala powder – 1 table spoon
(3) Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
(4) Salt, oil – as required
(5) White part of egg – of 3 eggs
Coconut oil – as required
Procedure for making Chicken Fry
Cut the chicken into big pieces and draw lines on them. Mix chilly powder,
coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, masala powder, ginger paste, garlic
paste and salt together and apply this mixture over the chicken pieces
and keep for 45 minutes. Heat coconut oil in a pan, dip the chicken pieces
in the white part of egg and fry them in the heated oil and take out.
