Kerala Tamil Chicken - 65 recipe

Ingredients:
(1) Chicken pieces – 500 grams
(2) Egg – 3
(3) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Coriander seed powder – 2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
(4) Curd - ½ cup
(5) Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
(6) Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
(7) Salt, Oil – as required
Aginomoto – 1 pinch

Procedure for cooking Chicken - 65


Break the eggs and pour into a vessel. Mix that with curd, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander seed powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, aginomoto and salt and stir well. Keep the mutton pieces dipped in this mixture for an hour. Then take them out and fry in oil. The pieces must be fried thoroughly. Then serve.
